What do you need help with?
The problem
A £12 formation is rarely the bargain it looks like from abroad.
Budget agents and DIY filings treat incorporation as a five-minute form. For a founder outside the UK, the mistakes surface later - and they are expensive to unwind.
- -Template articles and default share structures that don't fit how you actually own the company
- -Identity verification requirements missed or mishandled, stalling the incorporation
- -Official Companies House and HMRC post going to an address nobody monitors
- -No statutory registers, no ongoing support - and no one to call when something changes
- -Errors on the public record that cost far more to correct than to avoid

Questions
Forming a UK company from overseas
Can I own a UK limited company if I don't live in the UK?
Yes. There are no UK residency or nationality restrictions on owning or directing a UK limited company. You will need a UK registered office address - we provide one at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, or at 5 S Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN.
How does identity verification work from overseas?
Companies House requires directors and people with significant control to verify their identity. We manage the verification as part of your incorporation - it is completed online using your passport, from any country, and the verification fee is included in our price.
How long does incorporation take?
Once your identity is verified and your details are confirmed, most straightforward incorporations are completed within one to two working days. Verification timing depends on you completing the online check, so the overall timeline is partly in your hands.
Do I need a UK bank account, or to visit the UK?
No. Incorporation is handled entirely remotely - you never need to travel to the UK, and a UK bank account is not required to form the company.
What exactly does the £600 include?
Everything required to incorporate correctly: Companies House fees, VAT, identity verification fees, structure review, articles and share classes prepared for your situation, statutory registers set up, and a complete digital document pack. There are no hidden charges.
I already formed a company elsewhere - can you take it over?
Yes. We regularly take over companies formed through budget agents - reviewing the statutory record, correcting errors, and moving the registered office and ongoing compliance to us. Switching is straightforward and we handle the handover.
