Where are you with your filings?
The problem
From abroad, a missed deadline is the default - not the exception.
Companies House doesn't chase you in your time zone. Reminders go to unwatched addresses, records drift out of date, and small oversights escalate.
- -Confirmation statement deadlines missed because reminders went to an old address
- -Statements filed as-is, repeating errors already on the register
- -Shareholder and PSC details quietly out of date - a breach hiding in plain sight
- -Overdue markers visible on the public record to banks, suppliers and clients
The consequences are statutory, not theoretical
Failing to file a confirmation statement is a criminal offence under the Companies Act 2006. The registrar can strike the company off the register - dissolving it and passing its assets to the Crown - and directors can be personally liable for the failure.
Not sure what's due? Send us your company number.
We'll check the register and tell you exactly what's due and when - before anything is overdue. No charge, no obligation.
What's included
Compliance managed proactively, not reactively.
Company secretarial support keeps your statutory record accurate all year - not just on the filing date. Included with the registered office at £70 per month.
Proactive reminders - every deadline diarised and chased by us, well before it's due
Confirmation statements prepared and filed - reviewed against your registers, not just resubmitted
Register accuracy checked - members, PSCs, officers and share capital reconciled before filing
Companies House correspondence handled - official notices monitored and actioned promptly
Changes filed as they happen - address, officer and shareholding updates kept current
One point of contact - a named UK-based specialist who knows your company
How it works
Three steps, entirely remote.
1
We review your record
Your public register and statutory books are checked for errors and omissions when you join.
2
We build your compliance calendar
Every filing deadline is diarised, with reminders scheduled well ahead of each one.
3
We file, you confirm
Each confirmation statement is prepared, sent to you for approval, and filed on time - wherever you are.
Why not just use my accountant?
Accountants file accounts and tax. Company secretarial work is a different discipline: the statutory registers, the PSC position and the Companies House record. Many overdue confirmation statements belong to companies with perfectly good accountants - because nobody owned the register. We do.
Switching from another provider
We handle the handover end to end: we file the change with Companies House, build your compliance calendar from your existing deadlines, and review what the previous provider left behind - so nothing is missed in transition.
Pricing
Transparent, all-inclusive pricing.
The monthly fee includes Companies House confirmation statement fees and VAT. No hidden charges.

Questions
Annual compliance questions
What is a confirmation statement - and does my company really need one?
Yes. Every UK company must file a confirmation statement at least once every 12 months, even if it is dormant and nothing has changed. Failing to file is a criminal offence, and the registrar can ultimately strike the company off.
Can I own a UK company as a non-resident?
Yes - there are no residency restrictions. The practical challenge is staying compliant from abroad, which is exactly what this service manages for you.
What if my previous filings contain errors?
We review the public record and your registers when you join, and correct errors before anything new is filed - so mistakes stop compounding.
Do you monitor Companies House correspondence too?
Yes. With the registered office included, official notices arrive with us, are scanned to you, and anything urgent is actioned promptly.
What does £70 per month include?
The Great Portland Street registered office, plus confirmation statements prepared and filed, registers maintained, and deadlines diarised with reminders - Companies House fees and VAT included.
Can I switch from my accountant or current agent mid-year?
Yes. We build your compliance calendar from your existing deadlines and manage the handover so nothing is missed in transition.
Still have a question? Ask it in your enquiry - we answer it before you commit to anything.
