About Keystone

A named UK-based specialist, not a formation platform.

Keystone Secretarial Services exists for people who are running a UK company from somewhere else in the world, and want it set up and maintained by someone who answers the phone.

Who you'll work with

David Millar

Founder · a named UK-based specialist

David holds a Bachelor of Laws from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. He has extensive business experience and specialises in helping individuals and organisations establish and structure companies throughout the UK.

Before founding Keystone he spent ten years in banking and finance in the UAE, working with expatriates, entrepreneurs and international investors. That decade of cross-border work is why the firm is built around people who are not in the UK: different time zones, overseas identity documents, and post that has to reach you wherever you actually are.

His legal and commercial background gives clients confidence that their business is built on robust legal, governance and compliance principles from the outset - and that the same person stays with the company afterwards, as directors, shareholders and filings change.
