Annual plan paid monthly. Minimum 6 months paid, then 3 months’ notice. Reviewed annually.

The address plus the ongoing discipline: confirmation statements prepared and filed, statutory registers maintained, director and shareholder changes handled, deadlines tracked for you.

UK VAT is charged in all cases and is already included in the prices above. A newly incorporated company can register for VAT and reclaim it like any other business. We are not able to give tax advice - if you want to know whether registering is right for your company, speak to your accountant.

Plan terms
The monthly plans, in plain terms.
Monthly services are an annual plan paid monthly. You can end it on 3 months' notice, subject to a minimum of 6 months paid, and the plan is reviewed annually. If you leave, all post received for your company is forwarded on and the registered office is changed to your new address - full detail in our terms of business.
